Today I was hanging out with Jenn at her parent's house and Morgan and Sienna were having so much fun playing together...that got me thinking...and Jenn and I talking...we want to start a play group!Morgan really does not play with other children his age except for nursery on Sunday. I really think it is important for him to interact with other children so he can learn social skills, to share, and make life long friends(Jenn and I went to preschool together and now look at us)!
This invitation is open to EVERYONE and we hope many of you will want to be a part of it. I really have no set plans or have any idea what direction this is going...I am open to any and everything. I work until 12:40pm Mon~Friday so late afternoons work best for me. I was thinking we could meet once a week...maybe a Thursday afternoon...and each week someone takes a turn planning the activity(ie: going to the park, swimming, or playing at someones house). I want this to be casual and something we look forward to, after all this is a great way for us mom's to catch up with each other! So please share your thoughts and let me know if you are interested.

Kathryn- you sure you want me to plan the activities? You are talking to the person who couldn't even get us to the Sante Fe movie theatre without getting lost/sidetracked!

My child isn't oldenough to play yet but I do get really bored at home, and would love to come hang out!! I'm with Tara Thurdays work great for me!
hi kathryn, i dont know if you remember me. we met a few times through tara. anyways, we will be moving back to vegas in august and i would love to join your playgroup. we go to a couple playgroups here in san diego and its so fun for the kids to play and moms hang out. :)

That sounds like fun. Cole loves watching other little kids play and he is starting to learn to walk a little. I like to get him out of the house too.
Katie-We would love for you and baby Carson to come...I can get my baby fix through him!
Mandy- I totally remember you and your two boys are too cute. It would be so much fun to have them and you join us! Can't wait till august...
Candace-I am so glad you and Cole are going to be a part of the group. I have never seen Cole in person...only through your pictures and he is so darling!

Cole's nap ends up being around 2 so I am not quite sure if we will be there this week.
Oh the play group sounds so fun...but with 2 little squirts that nap at different times, I don't leave the house until like 4:00. But have fun that will be great for the lttle ones!!!
