7 Months

Jane has become quite the stubborn little miss( I wonder where she gets it from). She can hold her bottle, but will only do it when she wants to. She will not bend her body to sit down unless she feels like it, and she cries such a dramatic cry until she gets what she wants. Boy can this girl throw a temper tantrum! She also has learned to flop herself out of the Bumbo...such talent I tell you! She still has no teeth, and is not crawling. She can go from sitting to all 4's and then she cries until you pick her up, or until she flops onto her tummy. Morgan was such a late crawler (he practically walked before he crawled) and I was so nervous...but not this time around. I am enjoying her immobility as long as I can! She LOVES her brother and lights up when he is around. I have so enjoyed the relationship these two have developed, except when she is sleeping and Morgan climbs into her crib and wakes her up. Jane is eating like a champ and sleeping better. We now just lay her down for her naps and bed time instead of laying with her until she falls asleep(such a spoiled I know but we have learned the error of our ways). When she is tired, she will rest her head on my shoulder and it melts me. I love the smell of her breath and her clean skin covered in lotion. Her giggle is my favorite! This girl is a lot of fun.

She makes me smile.
