Morgan frequently wears his cougar jersey around the house and in the back yard for his "football games". He comes racing out of the "locker room" after he and his fellow "teammates" have done their chant. This boy does it all...kick off, punts, offense, defense, and bench warmer.
A few weeks ago he took it to a whole new level. There was a home game and Morgan just had to wear his jersey to the game. I made him wear clothes over his uniform, but as soon as they got to the game he took it off. It was such a cold day out, but Morgan did not care. He wore this for 1/2 of the game. I picked them up just after half-time. What a super fan. When I ask him what happens when you turn 19, he says, "I get to go to college and play football at SUU, like my uncle Matthew." Not the answer I was looking for, but you can see his love for his uncles and football. I hope he is not too heart broken when he grows up and realizes he is not football material. Until then...
