2 Year Check-Up

Today Morgan had his 2 year check up...11 days early, but it was the only appointment I could get with my Pediatrician, whom I love! Morgan goes to the same Doctor I went to as a little girl, and now she only works part-time so she is hard to get into, but well worth the wait!
Today she walked in, and gave Morgan a high 5! She showed him the tool she uses to look at his mouth and ears with. She turned on the light and showed Morgan his glow worm fingers. He just smiled and let her look in his mouth. He wouldn't let her look in his ears so she just waited until the end then she showed him a dum-dum and said if I can look in your ears you can have this sucker. Morgan agreed of course and after she was done she left for awhile. Morgan had finished his sucker when she came back into the room and he said, "more...ears". She put another sucker on the table and looked into his ears again. She said I am not past the power of bribes!
The appointment went great until he got his 2 shots...but he didn't cry for long and was his happy self again. He is still in the 95th % for height (3')and 75th % for weight(29 lbs). He as gained 2 lbs and grown 2" in 6 months. We have now graduated from having appointments every few months to once a year...He is getting so big...I guess it is time for another baby!
