An F.H.E. to Remember

I realize this is the second post in 5 min, but this was such a fabulous experience that I had to write it down....
Tonight we went over to my parents house for F.H.E. We made a little stop at 7/11 to get burpee's for the family. We walked in the door and everybody was in the T.V. room watching Matthew's football highlights (Cimarron/Centennial...great activity I know...at least Matthew enjoyed watching himself!) Morgan wanted a toy from the closet so my mom was getting it out for him and in the process hit Morgan in the head. I don't think it hurt as bad as he was crying, but non the less I picked him up and sat on the chair trying to console him...and that is when s!@# hit the fan! He threw up once and as I sat there everyone ran out of the room. Fine, I just told myself that everyone is getting stuff to help clean up the mess...Morgan threw up again...still no one is in the room except for the 2 of us...he then threw up for the third time...by now my mom walked back into the room with some paper towels...Jake and the rest of the men were still in the kitchen no where near us and did not make any attempt to come back and help out. This is where I yelled for Jake because I myself was about to throw up. Jake came back in I handed Morgan off to him and ran into the bathroom. I jumped in the shower to clean myself off. I was seriously covered in my son's vomit! Jake brought Morgan back into me so I could clean him off...let me mention that Morgan fell into the pool last Tuesday and has now learned a new word, scary...he hates the shower and was crying and kept saying scary for a good 10 min. I also managed to hit his head again while we are in the shower and that made him cry even harder. I cleaned all of our clothes off and put them into a garbage bag. Luckily I had some spare clothes for myself and Morgan at my parents house. While I cleaned everything up in the bathroom, my dad taught Morgan to say...i gross! And let me be the first to tell you that it was GROSS!

So did he throw up because he hit his head, like a concussion? Sad for Morgan and our course you. I have been covered in puke myself a time or two and it is not fun. I start to dry heave and make myself sick!

Is he ok? Luckily you were at your parents with spare clothes, and things are easier with your own parents...

Gross...but funny. I guess it's only funny because it didn't happen to me.
