It all started out this morning when I took Morgan to swim lessons. As we pulled into the parking lot Morgan started crying. When we walked into the pool area, a lady said, "oh he is here." (please note that this is his 2nd week of lessons and he has cried through all of them). Yep I am the one with the annoying crying child that will not stop! I sat down and started changing Morgan into is swim diaper and he threw up...then he threw up again....we went into the bathroom where he threw up 2 more times all the while still crying! He was not sick, he just did not want to go to swim lessons. Needless to say I spent 15 minutes in the bathroom cleaning throw-up and getting my child dressed to go-minus his shirt because it had throw-up all over it. As we walked out into the parking lot Morgan said, "Pool Fun!" Yeah right it was anything BUT fun...
It all was down hill from there. My Mom and I went to run a couple of errands and he cried the whole time and then started arching his back, hitting me, throwing a book, and pinching my Mom...he also spilled a whole cup of diet coke at Costco. Right after it happened this old lady walked by and said, "Oh did he do that?" To which I responded, "Yes he did". She then said to Morgan, "Well aren't you a sweetheart. We won't yell at you for doing that!" She put a much needed smile on my face!
Tonight my Dad is taking Jake, Morgan, and my brother McKay to a 51's game and I could not be happier to get rid of this child for the night! My Mom and I are going out to dinner, and getting pedicures...Well deserved I say!

Sounds like my day, minus the throw up! Hope you have a better one tomorrow.
You too! We should do lunch without the kids!
Haha, I was the crazy child that ALWAYS screamed during swim lessons. My parents still to this day bring it up, hey I thought there were sharks in the pool. It could be really scary for a kid :) Glad you got to get a pedicure!
I am ok with delaying that part of Brett's childhood. Better yet lets skip it! Hope things go better!
Not looking forward to that part of motherhood. A pedicure sounds nice though.
